Junior Achievement Finland is proud to be your host for the JA Europe Enterprise Challenge 2017. This year is a big one in Finland. Our country is turning 100 years and we are thrilled to have Europe’s elite start up competition in Helsinki.
The competition is an excellent opportunity to network with people around Europe – remember to take advantage of that!
The JA Start Up Programme is booming in Finland and the best way to celebrate that is to organize the European competition. EEC will gather the future makers of Europe together so this is something you don’t want to miss.
We welcome you to the North.
See you in the summer!
CEO, Junior Achievement Finland

The exhibition is not a formal part of the competition. However, it is an opportunity for the main jury to interact informally with the companies, asking questions about their project. It is also the only opportunity for the signature juries to have a dialogue with the teams, whose performance will be taken into consideration in the final evaluation.
At the exhibition area, we can already confirm that the teams will be provided with:
- Digital screen within the desk
- Company name
- Electricity & WiFi
We will provide each team a table for the trade fair stand. Size for the table is 81cm x 94cm x 47cm.
For the front panel we will create posters for the companies with the country name and company name (same idea as in Romania last year) (picture HERE).
We will provide each team a 55” digital screen for the trade fair (as in Romania). You can connect your computer to the screen via HDMI (preferred) or VGA. Each team is responsible for their own adapters and extension cables.
In addition to this, teams may bring their own roll-up or display board if desired, but it’s not necessary.
Each team is responsible for their own adapters, extension cables etc. There won’t be any chairs.
As part of setting up the stands, the teams are only permitted to use materials that can be placed on the desk, not around it or stuck on it (EXCEPTION: standing roll-up, that the team can put next to the desk).
